the staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly and assisted us with free parking. easy check-in and top-notch service. everything perfect. location just next door to asakusa station and ginza line, and unmissable tourist spots, restaurants and mall.

The lack of a physical reception presence at all times might feel uninviting!!! Plus, the noise from the streets can become slightly bothersome during the night. More attention to soundproofing would enhance the experience!!!

The spacious family suite featured very comfortable beds and a reliable daily cleaning service. The location was ideal, just a short walk to local shops and the train station, with access to explore the area. While there was some street noise at night, it wasn't overly disruptive. The laundry service was a highlight, providing quick and efficient handling of our clothes. A simple snack option available in the lobby was an unexpected convenience.

The Luxury Quadruple Room was spacious for a family of 4, with two full beds and a nice little balcony. Super clean with daily housekeeping, awesome. The microwave and kettle were handy, and having coffee available was a nice touch. Only downside was the slight noise from the street, but nothing too bothersome. Loved the overall vibe!

Families will find it perfect
We stayed for 7 nights, and let me tell you, the service was very nice! Hiro was around anytime, always on Zoom or in person when we needed help, and that laundry service was a lifesaver, collected and returned same day! I've never seen a place so clean as our room, was like we were home, you know?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the quality we got, totally acceptable.

Great location right next to train stations and public transportation. Easy check-in process and overall excellent service. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting with private parking.
